 Cooking Classes for Visitors to Provence

On vacation in Provence? Want to take home more than a bottle of our wonderful olive oil? Come and join Barbara's cooking class in picturesque and historic Vaison la Romaine in the heart of Provence!

 

You will learn how to prepare typical Provençal dishes to recreate the taste and flavors of Provence for your family and friends back home. We only use seasonal produce fresh form Vaison's famous market or from local farmer shops. The class is designed for all ability and interest levels - the focus of the class is to have fun while learning to prepare traditional Provençal recipes. Courses take place in Barbara's kitchen in a beautiful Provençal house overlooking Vaison and the Mont Ventoux.

 

Classes (minimum two, maximum four participants) are being held in the morning, starting at 9.30 am and ending at around 2 pm.

 

Please contact Barbara to arrange for your Cuisine de Provence cooking course. Classes (which are being held in English) include the cooking course, cooking demonstrations and illustrated recipes (in English) to take home with you and are followed by lunch with regional wines.
