Just a few comments from some of my lovely guests who cooked with me at Cuisine de Provence:
I wanted to let you know that of the three cooking classes Richard and I took in Provence yours is the only one where I regularly use the recipes. I make tapenade a couple of times a month, we now grow French thyme and lemon thyme in our garden, thanks to you. Another favorite is clafoutis. I've been using fresh raspberries and blueberries for the fruit. I thought that you'd like to know that your cooking lesson is being put to good use!
Many thanks for a wonderful day of learning, cooking and fellowship at your beautiful home. Best wishes for continued success with Cuisine de Provence.

Thank you for a wonderful experience. We all had a delightful time and walked away with fabulous memories, recipes, hands on learning, an apron, very satisfied palates, full tummies and a gracious teacher and hostess. Continued success to you!

I wanted to thank you for a lovely cooking class. The tapenade was a huge hit and my personal favorite is the cake with olives and bacon. Thanks again for the lovely Provence cooking experience.
We are making two of your recipes for our dinner club next we. We are sharing the love!

Made your fabulous clafoutis aux Abricots last night for my dinenr party and everyone loved it! Can't wait to make the rest.
Just to say how much I enjoyed the cooking class. The food we made was delicious and the company entertaining. I now feel inspired to try the recipes when I get back home. I hope I get the oppotunity to come to another class next year!
Just a short note to thank you most sincerely for a fantastic day cooking at your lovely home last month. I loved the countryside, food, relaxed ambience of the region. The superb, sunny day, the small group and the idyllic setting for lunch was truly memorable.

I have been home now about a month after Betty and I were in Provence and had the pleasure of meeting you. I headed straight back to work the very next day after I got home, so I did not have much time to reflect on the trip for a while. I must say that when people ask me about our trip, I tell them all about our wonderful cooking class at your home. Betty and I both thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class and spending time with you at your lovely home in Vaison-la-Romaine. I guess I really did not know what to expect when I signed up. I just cannot express to you how glad I am we decided to have the adventure of driving to Vaison-la-Romaine and having the cooking experience. It will be a lasting memory, for sure! I would love to return one day with a small group of friends and take another class. I am so glad I found your website! I have not yet tried the recipes we prepared, but I plan to very soon when I get another break from work. The class was the highlight of our trip!

I want to send you a heartfelt "thank you" for the wonderful cooking class you provided for Gale and me and our friends Kay and Dave. We learned so much from you and back home have already made several of the recipes you provided, including the delicious tapendade (several times). It was a special treat for you to host and teach us in your beautiful home. We will always have fond memories of enjoying a wonderful and authentic Provençal meal (that we made ourselves with your patient guidance!) on your spectacular patio. We will certainly encourage our friends to schedule a class with you anytime they are in Provence - and we hope to come back for an "encore" class ourselves someday!
Thanks again for an absolutely divine day! Fred and I enjoyed cooking with you; I'll never forget how wonderful it was to sit on your beautiful terrace and enjoy all that amazing food!

I enjoyed your class along with my son-in-law, Nick. Nick had some friends over for dinner and he made all of your dishes for them. I have also made them several times. Thank you very, very much for sharing the recipes with us.
Three of us spent a wonderful morning with Barbara in her beautiful house in Vaison la Romaine cooking and baking with the freshest herbs and vegetables bought that morning in the market. It was a highlight of our month in Provence and has some very precious memories of time spent with an old friend.

What a wonderful experience my husband, daughter, son-in-law and I had at Cuisine de Provence. Barbara welcomed us into her home, presented us with aprons, and we got to work making 6 delicious dishes in her kitchen. With her instruction, lively talk, and fresh herbs picked in her garden, we laughed and tasted our way through the morning. Then she sat a beautiful table on her terrace overlooking Vaison la Romaine and we feasted on the wonderful dishes we had made. This was our idea of heaven!
